Clinical supervision for counsellors in Frankston and online across Australia.
Good supervision is more than a professional requirement. It is where you reflect on your work, steady yourself after hard sessions, and keep growing as a practitioner.
As an ACA qualified Clinical Supervisor, Level 4 ACA member, and a clinically registered PACFA member, Charlotte offers a supportive, collaborative space for counsellors at every stage of their career, from those newly qualified and building their confidence, to experienced practitioners wanting a fresh perspective.
Charlotte brings a grounded, practical, psycho-educational approach shaped by years of private practice and a background in teaching, leadership and mentoring. Her aim is for you to leave each session clearer, more confident, and supported in the work you do.
Individual supervision offers focused, one-on-one time to explore your casework, ethical questions, professional development, and the personal impact of the work.
Group supervision brings a small group of counsellors together to learn from each other’s experience, share case discussions, and build connection in what can be an isolating profession.
Supervision with me can support you with:
- Complex or challenging client presentations
- Ethical and professional decision-making
- Building clinical confidence and skills
- Managing workload, wellbeing and burnout risk
- Working with anger, conflict, and nervous system regulation
- Couples, family, and men’s emotional health work
Sessions are available in person at our Frankston office or online Australia-wide. Supervision hours can count towards your professional association’s registration and renewal requirements.
