Anyone experiencing a personal concern or challenge can seek counselling

Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to work through life’s challenges. Together, you and your counsellor build self-awareness, gain new understanding, and support your overall wellbeing.

Counselling can be short-term or ongoing, depending on your needs and the issues you’re working through.

Our counsellors are university-trained to Master’s degree level in therapeutic approaches and interpersonal skills, equipping them to support clients with a wide range of concerns. Sessions are client-led and draw on evidence-based methods, supporting a longer-term journey of self-discovery.

We also run face-to-face and online workshops on topics including anger management, trauma recovery, effective communication for couples, and emotional regulation.

Face-to-face support groups are available for a range of needs, including grief and loss, women’s connection, men’s strength-based groups, and trauma recovery.
