Trauma-informed, evidence-based educational support.
Anger is a normal emotion, but when it feels out of control, or is affecting your relationships, work, or sense of self, it’s worth understanding what’s underneath it.
Adults who notice they react quickly, struggle to stay calm under pressure, or feel regret after outbursts. Many clients want to understand their triggers and respond differently, rather than than simply suppressing how they feel.
We take a trauma-informed approach to anger, looking at the role of the nervous system and the amygdala’s stress response. Rather than just managing symptoms, we work on the underlying patterns, building grounding skills, emotional regulation, and healthier ways to communicate under pressure.
