If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or you may be required to pay the full cancellation fee.

If you reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee may not apply (counsellor’s discretion). Individual circumstances will be considered.
Once 3 x cancellations have occurred, the counsellor has the right to close a file and cease providing services to the client. Individual circumstances will be considered.
